l4d 2 because most of the people that are still playing l4d 1 are doing so for competitive purposes only. l4d 2 has a lot more pub games. I personally like l4d 1 more, but l4d 2 is where its at if you just want to play for fun.

You can get all of those games off of steam since they all require to be run through it.

I disagree! L4D 1 is a different play and is smoother in team-play (the physics is different in L4D 2). Everyone I know who was playing L4D 2 is playing 1 again because of the better play experience...

I'll even be doing practices shortly and will be more than  happy to assist you in learning the play (L4D 2 also)

Can you practice on your own in L4D or is it team play only?

Screw it. I tried to enter the "Are you human" code ten **** times and its blurred to much for humans to see, I keep getting rejected.  Do you have to buy that shit on steam?

No, I mean this game might end my marriage. As far as playing with you guys, I'm not ready to get yelled at just yet.

I got them both. They are both extremely smooth on my quad core. I'm very impressed with Windows 7.  I remember the days right up to Windows XP where I could never get a decent mouse resolution.  That's why artists and graphic designers loved the Mac - the mouse was smooth from the day the first Mac shipped and you could draw freehand on them easily.

The PCs were jerky and very difficult top do fine work with,  The mouse resolution equals if not exceeds the OSX now.

I think the only thing OSX has going for it now is probably still more stability and easier to understand and install.
