This player TKed for a vehicle in front of me, lied and said he didn't when I warned against it, called me stupid twice, and then started trying to boss people in server around saying this was his server.  Was warned 3 times, and asked to read the rules at www.bchaloclan.com, to which he replied "no thanks."  He was first kicked, he then returned and continued acting as if he ran the server.

He is now on a 7 day ban.
